If you connect your Google account, Handlio may access Google services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides solely to provide the workspace and email features you have requested.

Handlio does not access Google data categories beyond those needed for the features you connect and use.
You can disconnect a Google integration from within Handlio, where supported, or revoke Handlio's access at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. Revoking access stops future access but does not necessarily delete data already stored by Handlio — see “Data Deletion” below to request deletion of retained data.
If you connect or message Handlio through WhatsApp, we receive and process the WhatsApp account and message data needed to deliver the reminders, tasks, and automation features you request, such as your WhatsApp number, message content you send to Handlio, and delivery status/metadata.
This data is processed only to provide the functionality you have requested and to comply with WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Platform requirements. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Deleting your account removes your Handlio profile, reminder/task data, and disconnects any active third-party integrations. Some information may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, backup, or security purposes, for no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Deletion requests are currently handled manually by our support team; there is no automated deletion callback at this time.
Handlio is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.
