Handlio is an AI-powered productivity and reminder platform designed to help users manage reminders, tasks, schedules, notifications, and communication workflows across channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and other supported integrations.

Handlio may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse messaging, automation, email, or workspace integrations, including where use breaches third-party platform policies or applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all messages, reminders, emails, and notifications you create or schedule through Handlio comply with:
Handlio provides the infrastructure to deliver communications you initiate. We do not review individual messages for legal or policy compliance and are not liable for your failure to comply with third-party platform requirements.
Handlio uses automated systems and AI-generated assistance to help organise reminders, tasks, and workflows.
Handlio does not guarantee:
Users remain responsible for verifying important information, schedules, deadlines, and communications.
Where relevant to a feature you have requested, AI processing may involve your instructions and relevant content from your connected services (for example Google or Meta/WhatsApp accounts you have authorised). See our Privacy Policy for the categories of data involved, purposes, recipients, retention, and your controls.
Some Handlio features rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
These third-party services may change their APIs, terms, or availability, and may suspend or limit access at any time. Such changes are outside Handlio's control and Handlio is not responsible for any resulting impact on your use of the platform.
Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for maintaining valid third-party accounts and permissions, and integrations may stop working because of revoked permissions, provider outages, API changes, quotas, or account restrictions. Handlio is not responsible for third-party availability or decisions made by those providers.
Where supported in the product, you may disconnect an integration from your Handlio dashboard or account settings. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but does not itself delete data already retained by Handlio; see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of retained data.
Handlio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other integration provider unless explicitly stated. All related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Handlio acts on your instructions to create, read, update, send, organise, or delete supported content, and only within the functionality you have authorised for each connected integration.
You remain responsible for reviewing important messages, events, files, recipients, deadlines, and automated actions before they are relied upon.
You must not use Handlio to send spam, unlawful communications, misleading content, malware, or any content that violates a third-party platform's policies. Handlio may refuse or suspend actions that present security, abuse, legal, or platform-policy risks.
All branding, software, designs, graphics, content, and platform functionality are owned by or licensed to GULEEDTECH LIMITED.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of Handlio without written permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using Handlio, you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
We do not guarantee continuous uptime or uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or external provider issues may occasionally affect service availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GULEEDTECH LIMITED shall not be liable for:
